Employer Partner Application
Welcome to the Youth Career Program (YCP) Employer Partner Application! We are excited to partner with employers in the City of Newport News to provide invaluable work experiences to youth aged 16 to 24. This initiative not only benefits our youth by exposing them to critical skills and career opportunities but also offers employers a way to contribute to building a more diverse and skilled workforce for tomorrow. By participating as a worksite, you play a pivotal role in shaping the future labor force while benefiting from young talents without any financial commitment for eight weeks. The City of Newport News will cover $15 stipends for each participant averaging 25 hours a week of work.
